Re;make

Family and school performance

Intro

Have you ever listened to music as if it were a construction kit? Imagine music actually consists of Lego bricks – you can of course assemble them as shown on the packaging, but you can also use them to create your own structures! In a new order, with a new rhythm. Keep the part you like and leave out the rest, or add extra layers. That’s called remixing, and in re;make it happens live on stage. You also get the chance to make your own remix during the concert!

During this concert, Kluster5 and composer Remy Alexander will show you how freely you can approach new music and how you can make your own choices about the music. Come listen ánd build, because at the end of the concert the audience will create their own piece of music by rearranging the Lego blocks of sound.
